    Art Specifications

    For both laser etching and labels, we prefer artwork in vector format. The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of the artwork supplied to us. Artwork will be reviewed by our Art Department for approval. Avoid very fine lines, both in type and illustrations.

    Artwork can be accepted from the following programs:

    Adobe Illustrator: EPS or PDF file formats. All fonts MUST be outlined!

    Photoshop: High Resolution (300 dpi) JPEG and PNG file formats.

    Whether you are Mac or PC based, we are able to accept your graphic files if you meet the requirements listed. To ensure this and avoid delays or art charges please adhere to our specifications.

    Vessels and Lids are either laser engraved or printed in 4-color. Prayer Candles have 4-color labels.

    Due to the changes and textures of our natural products, each product may vary slightly from images that appear at the store.

  • Production Time

    Production Time

    Production time begins after receipt of approved artwork proof, and payment. All orders are acknowledged via email.

  • Proofs

    Proofs

    As soon as you make a Custom Candles LA purchase, our team immediately processes your order to get your order delivered in a timely manner. Once we receive your order, our art department may need 3–7 business days (excluding holidays) to review your order. For Personalized and/or Customized orders, we will provide you with an email proof for approval. Once we receive your proof approval, it will move into production. If we do not receive your proof approval within 5 days, it will be considered automatically approved. We will proceed with your order at that time. Keep in mind that this may impact your delivery timeframe.

    Additional proofs may be subject to a $15.00 each surcharge.



Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to periodic increases in material and production prices, except for confirmed orders and quotations less than 15 days old.

Damaged Orders

Keep all packaging materials, air bills and tags until you are sure your order arrived without damage. Damage claims require original packaging materials to be processed. Without these materials, a claim cannot be made. Contact us at info@customcandlesla.com to open a Damaged Order claim.

Should there be any problems with your order (such as your order not being received, an incorrect product, or a damaged product), please contact us immediately at info@customcandlesla.com. 

Artwork Authorization

Custom Candles LA assumes that when artwork has been submitted for reproduction in producing an order, that this artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property. When you place an order or custom sample request with Custom Candles LA, you represent and warrant that you have authority to order, purchase and distribute Custom Candles LA products with the names, copyrights, logos, scents, flavors, and colors as stated on your order or sample request. You also consent to indemnify, defend and absolve Custom Candles LA and its affiliates from and against all claims, expenses and liabilities. This would include legal fees related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of such merchandise and will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Trademark Notice

Artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on Custom Candles LA products do not represent an endorsement of the products, designs or artwork. We assume no responsibility for determining trademark ownership on custom imprinted products.
