Refund policy
Due to the nature of our customization of our candles, all sales are considered final, and we cannot accept returns. We may offer a credit or replacement under certain circumstances. Email us at info@customcandlesla.com with any of your order concerns. Please do so within 48 hours of delivery of your order to process a claim. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored. The factory must receive a return within 10 days of issuing a return authorization. Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage. Credit or Replacements will be issued at the factory's discretion.
Should there be any problems with your order (such as your order not being received, an incorrect product, or a damaged product), please contact us immediately at info@customcandlesla.com.
Due to the changes and textures of our natural products, each product may vary slightly from images that appear at the store.
