Shipping policy

At Custom Candles L.A., we understand that you need your custom candle order delivered on time, every time.

Once we receive your custom candle order, our art department will return a digital proof to you via email within 2 business days. Production time begins upon your approval of your digital proof.  
If we do not receive your proof approval, or requested changes, within 3 business days, your order will be considered automatically approved and we will proceed with production.

Production time is 10-15 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count. We ship from Los Angeles, California, using the best shipping method at our discretion to get your order delivered to you on time, via Fedex, UPS, local messenger or freight carrier. 


Once shipped, orders can take 1-2 business days to destinations within California and up to 5 business days to other locations with in the lower 48 United States.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international orders will take longer.

You can assist us in getting your custom candle order delivered correctly and on time by providing accurate delivery information, and a required event date. 

If your order needs to be shipped to an international location, we will ask you to provide shipping labels, and completed customs forms. We do not guarantee shipments to international locations, due to customs delays which are beyond our control. 

Rush service and expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
