That sounds obvious. It is worth saying plainly, because most private label pages imply it and none of them commit to it.
On a private label run there is no Custom Candles L.A. mark anywhere. Not printed on the glass, not embossed on the base, not on the box, the label, the insert, the packing slip or the shipping carton. If you drop-ship straight to your customers, nothing in the parcel tells them who made it.
You own the artwork, the fragrance formula we develop with you, and the finished SKU. We keep the tooling and the files so a reorder skips proofing, and we do not sell your formula or your vessel configuration to anyone else.
Private label or white label — which one do you actually want?
The terms get used interchangeably across the industry, which makes quotes hard to compare. Here is how we use them, so you know what you are pricing.
White label
Our existing vessels, our wax, one of our 25 signature fragrances — decorated with your branding. Fastest and cheapest, because nothing has to be developed or sourced. Most first orders start here.
True private label
Your own fragrance developed from a brief, sourced or supplied vessels, custom wax formulation, bespoke boxes and inserts. A product that exists only for your brand. Same minimums — development time is what differs, not volume.
You can also mix the two: our stock vessel with a fragrance developed for you, or your sourced vessel with a scent off our library. Tell us which parts matter and we will price the combination.
Every minimum, published
No login, no application, no “contact us for minimums”. This is the whole line, with the price each product starts at. Prices are per unit, decorated, before shipping. Boxes, PMS matching and bespoke fragrance development are quoted separately.

Branding that is part of the object
Most private label candles are a plain vessel with a label wrapped around it. A label peels in a bathroom, bubbles in a hot warehouse, and dates the product the moment your packaging refreshes.
Direct-to-glass printing. Your artwork is printed onto the vessel itself — one to four colours, full-colour gradients, photographic artwork, up to a complete 360° wrap. PMS matched, so the colour on the candle is the colour in your brand book.
Laser engraving. The mark is etched into the glass. Unlit it reads as a quiet deboss; lit, the etched line catches the flame and glows from within. No other private label manufacturer we could find offers it.
Both are permanent, both are done on our own equipment in our own building, and neither leaves anything to peel off.
Weeks, not months — and we start the clock somewhere honest
Private label quotes in this category commonly come back at three, four, six, sometimes eight weeks — and often measured from a vague starting point. Ours is 10–15 business days from the moment you approve artwork, because every step happens in one building in Los Angeles.

Bespoke fragrance development and sourced vessels add 2–4 weeks up front. That happens once; reorders run on the standard window because your artwork and formula stay on file.
Twenty-five fragrances, and the honest version of that number
Other manufacturers advertise hundreds of scents. We list 25, across bakery and bar, floral and fruit, luxury blends and natural aromatics — every one of them documented, sampleable, and one we actually pour every week.
If none of them is your brand, we develop one. You give us a brief — a reference scent, a mood, a room, a competitor you want to sit next to — and our perfumer works up options for you to smell before anything is committed. The resulting formula belongs to your program.
Phthalate-free fragrance oils throughout, and we will tell you plainly if a note will not survive a hot throw rather than selling you a scent that disappears once the candle is lit.

Designed, poured, printed, engraved, filled and packed at 17101 Central Avenue, Carson, California. Not brokered, not drop-shipped from a partner factory, not finished domestically after arriving as a container.
That matters commercially, not just sentimentally. Domestic production means no tariff exposure and no ocean freight sitting between your launch date and your inventory. It means a quantity change mid-run gets answered the same day. And if you are in Southern California, it means you can come stand next to the line and approve a print colour in person.

Private label questions, answered
What is the minimum order for private label candles?
50 units on candles and reed diffusers, 100 on bar soaps and the 5 oz mini prayer candle, 250 on bath bombs. Private label runs at the same minimums as our branded work — there is no penalty for putting your own name on it. The full table is above.
What is the difference between private label and white label?
We use white label for our existing vessels, wax and signature fragrances decorated with your branding, and private label for a product developed for you — your own fragrance, sourced or supplied vessels, custom wax formulation and bespoke packaging. Both carry only your brand. The minimums are the same; development time is what differs.
Will your name appear anywhere on the product?
No. Nothing on the glass, the base, the label, the box, the insert, the packing slip or the shipping carton identifies us. If you drop-ship to your own customers, the parcel is yours.
How long does a private label order take?
10–15 business days from approved artwork. Physical samples ship in 3–5 business days. Bespoke fragrance development or sourced vessels add 2–4 weeks up front, once — reorders run on the standard window because your artwork and formula stay on file.
How much do private label candles cost per unit?
$8.50 to $36.00 per unit decorated, depending on the product, decoration method and quantity. The complete published table is above. Custom boxes, PMS matching and bespoke fragrance development are quoted separately.
Can you develop a fragrance that is exclusive to our brand?
Yes. Give us a brief — a reference scent, a mood, a room, a competitor — and our perfumer works up options for you to smell before anything is committed. The resulting formula belongs to your program and we do not sell it to anyone else.
Can we supply our own vessels or packaging?
Yes, and it usually lowers your unit cost. Send us specifications first so we can confirm the vessel takes wax safely, holds a print or an engraving, and fits our filling line before you commit to a purchase order with your supplier.
Do you work as a contract manufacturer for an existing candle brand?
Yes. If you already have a formula, a vessel and a customer base and simply need capacity — a seasonal spike, a co-packing overflow, a line you no longer want to pour yourself — we can run to your existing specification.
Is the branding a label?
Only if you want one. We print directly onto the glass in full colour up to a complete wrap, or laser engrave into it so the mark glows from within when the candle is lit. Both are permanent. Printed labels and custom boxes are available alongside either.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
Yes. We PMS-match on printing, and match wax and packaging colour where the format allows. There are 11 signature glass colours and 11 prayer candle wax colours to start from.
Are these made in the USA?
